When will my booking become binding?

The booking becomes binding when you have received a confirmation from us and paid at least 10% of the booking value.

Open purchase for 24 hours

You have open purchase for 24 hours if there are more than 7 days left until arrival.

When should I pay for the stay?

When booking a cottage, hotel, campsite or guest harbor you pay at least 10% of the amount at the time of booking. If you book earlier than 30 days before arrival, you can choose to pay part of the stay. No later than 30 days before arrival, the remaining amount must be paid if you have booked a cottage, campsite, hotel or guest harbour. If the booking is made 30 days before arrival or later, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. (Within 24 hours)

At the time of booking, you can purchase a cancellation protection. We offer cancellation protection in different levels both for unforeseen events and for flexibility around arrival dates. You can also completely choose to waive cancellation protection.

Cancellation protection-Bronze SEK 295

The cancellation protection means that you can cancel until the agreed day of arrival if you can´t come due to something caused to you, your family or next of kin. It must be possible to prove your disability with a relevant certificate from e.g. doctors or insurance companies. The certificate must be received by us no later than 30 days after the cancellation date.

The cancellation protection also gives you the right to cancel the current stay and recover amounts corresponding to the part of the stay you could not use if any of the points below occur. The cost of the cancellation protection is not refundable. No rebooking included.

Cancellation protection-Silver SEK 595 with more flexible rebooking and cancellation terms

Silver means that you have free rebooking and cancellation for any reason up to 14 days before your arrival. And that you can cancel until the agreed day of arrival if you can´t complete the agreement due to something that caused you, your family or next of kin. It must be possible to prove your disability with a relevant certificate from e.g. doctors or insurance companies. The certificate must be received by us no later than 30 days after the cancellation date.

The cancellation protection also gives you the right to cancel the current stay and recover amounts corresponding to the part of the stay you have not been able to use if any of the points under valid reasons for using the cancellation protection below occur. The cost of the cancellation protection is not refundable.

Cancellation protection-Gold SEK 995 - Our most flexible rebooking and cancellation terms

Gold means that you have free rebooking and cancellation regardless of the reason until the day before your arrival date at 15.00 and that you can cancel until the agreed arrival date if you can´t complete the agreement due to something that caused you, your family or next of kin. It must be possible to prove your disability with a relevant certificate from e.g. for example doctors or insurance companies. The certificate must be received by us no later than 30 days after the cancellation date.

No cancellation protection - SEK 0

No cancellation protection means that nothing is refunded in case of cancellation or if the stay is canceled.

Valid reasons for using the cancellation protection are:

  1. In the event of death, illness or accident of a serious nature that has affected yourself, spouse, cohabitant, your parents, children, siblings or fellow traveler
  2. That another serious event occurs outside your control, e.g. extensive fire or flood in your home, complications during pregnancy or childbirth that make it unreasonable to request that you stick to your booking.
  3. When called up to the Armed Forces or the Civil Defense
  4. If you are prevented from completing your booking due to unemployment or new employment.

It must be possible to prove your disability with a relevant certificate from e.g. doctors or insurance companies. The certificate must be received by us no later than 30 days after the cancellation date.

Rebooking - In case of cancellation protection silver and gold.

If you have booked one of our cancellation protection where you can rebook and want to rebook to a more expensive date, you pay the difference and if you book for a cheaper date, you will get the difference with you during the stay. This money can be used to play adventure golf, eat in the restaurants, to the wellness department or anything else you want to do at the resort.

Rebooking of date-controlled tickets is not possible. A cancellation followed by a new booking must be made to change the opportunity.

Cancellation of tickets

For cancellation of date-controlled tickets, free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before.

After 48 hours until 2 hours before the start time of the ticket, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.

For cancellations later than 2 hours before, the ticket will not be refunded at all. In the event of rebooking and cancellation, an administrative fee of SEK 50 for each booking will be charged. You email your cancellation and receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter.
