Adventurous conferences and meetings in the coastal town of Strömstad

Here at the resort, time together is what matters most. Time together through activities, accommodation, food, and entertainment. At and around Daftö Resort, you’ll find a wide range of activities suitable for both small and large groups.

The Amusement Park Challenge is one of our most popular activities — a five-event competition inside the Daftöland amusement park. The different games are adapted to the group’s size and the season.

Adventure is usually on the daily agenda during a stay with us. It’s hard not to have fun together here. We’ve been creating memorable experiences for companies for many years and are happy to help you find the perfect balance between productivity and playfulness. We offer ready-made packages to choose from, but can also tailor everything to your wishes and budget.

Side by side with the sea and nature

Daftö is located in a beautiful, salt-sprinkled archipelago landscape, within walking distance of the sea, forest, cliffs, and beaches. Here you’ll find breathtaking viewpoints for grand ideas, and the sea invites you to experiences that let you truly breathe in Bohuslän.

Comfortable accommodation

Here you’ll find cabins with hotel-standard comfort in various sizes, and some of them work perfectly for smaller meetings. If you want to gather the whole group, you can rent all or parts of the Pirate Hotel, which has 12 rooms. The Captain’s Villa is our latest addition to the accommodation options and has quickly become a favourite for many. It offers 8 beds, spacious social areas, and a private pool.

In our own restaurant, you can enjoy food and drinks prepared by our chefs — or perhaps by yourselves as part of a team-building activity? From the stage, you can experience a show that will make the evening one to remember for a long time.

Adventurous activities

Rent the entire amusement park for yourselves, challenge each other in the Amusement Park Challenge inside the park, or take on the Daftö Challenge at the resort, a true test for both body and mind. Unwind in the pier sauna or the wellness area, or experience Bohuslän for real with a boat trip on the Koster Sea, where you can join in on shrimp trawling and taste the freshest prawns you’ve ever eaten.

With less than two hours to both Gothenburg and Oslo, you can meet colleagues, clients, and suppliers here with us, even if you operate on different sides of the border.

Conference packages

Day Conference

Hold your conference in our themed meeting rooms, take a walking meeting in our beautiful and energising nature, or host your meeting in one of our cabins if you’re a smaller group. The possibilities are endless, and we’re happy to help you create a setup tailored just for you. Price based on meeting room, morning and afternoon coffee, fruit, and lunch: from SEK 455 per participant, excl. VAT.

Lunch to lunch in true pirate spirit

Here, conferences are combined with outdoor activities that strengthen the team spirit. Take a boat trip to Koster, join a shrimp trawling tour, enjoy an evening dip in the pier sauna, or challenge each other in the Pirate Battle – a five-event competition inspired by the world of privateers. For the evening dinner, you can add a show performed by our talented entertainers. On the plate, we recommend our 3-course menu featuring the best seasonal produce. Sleep well in our cabins and recharge with the breakfast buffet before entering the conference rooms again. Who knows, maybe yesterday’s adventures have sparked new ideas ready to turn into reality? Conference with an extra touch

The dream of having an amusement park all to yourselves can come true here with us. Ride Storm or Silverforsen, or why not challenge each other in the Amusement Park Challenge? At Daftö, you can combine this with an energising conference, a boat trip with shrimp trawling and lunch on the Koster Fjord, and in the evening, enjoy dinner with entertainment at Packhuset. When it’s time to sleep, you’ll stay like true captains in our cabins, where no luxury or comfort has been spared. Price on request.

Our conference rooms

Matrosen, 80 seats

Matrosen is suitable for groups of up to about 40 people, alternatively about 60 people in cinema seating. Can be opened towards "Styrman" and then the room can hold approx. 80 people.

Styrman, 12 seats

For groups of about 12 people. Can be combined with Matrosen for up to 80 people. There is no projector in the Styrman, but there is in the Matrosen and the Kaptenen.

Kaptenen, 10 seats

A boardroom with room for up to 10 people. Here you confer exactly as a captain should do.

The lobby

Right outside the conference rooms is our conference kitchen where coffee and tea are served according to your own wishes.

Kaparvillan

Here you can stay up to 8 people or use it as a hang-out place regardless of the season. The private villa is equipped with a combined kitchen and living room, a fantastic view of the sea and the private pool, balcony and fireplace.
