Midsummer at Daftö

Celebrate Midsummer at the resort with wreath-making, dancing around the maypole, pirates, restaurant shows, and activities for the whole family. The amusement park is open for thrilling rides, cake, and Midsummer celebrations with the park pirates Captain Kapten Svartkrut, Bang, and Stella. A Midsummer celebration to remember!

Midsummer Dance at Daftöland

Kapten Svartkrut, Bang, and Stella are hosting a Midsummer celebration you won’t soon forget. Join us for dancing around the maypole at 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 4:30 PM. Come celebrate with us through dancing, singing, and Midsummer festivities!

Cake party

Between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, we will treat all amusement park guests to cake. A perfect and delicious start to Midsummer’s Eve, which then continues with an action-packed pirate adventure for the whole family.

Attractions, games, and dining options

Apart from the Midsummer dance and the cake party, everything in the park is open as usual. Enjoy fast-paced attractions, games, dining options, Pirate Theatre, and the park pirates. Don’t miss this year’s new attraction, Mareld, a family experience where you spin together in a boiling cauldron above the glowing fire.

Wreath-making & Midsummer dance

We make flower wreaths and prepare our Midsummer maypole together. The pirates bring birch branches and binding wire, and you bring the flowers you want to decorate with. The classic Midsummer songs will of course be playing, come wearing your wreath and celebrate with us

Activities with pirates

In addition to the traditional Midsummer activities, there are other activities to enjoy during Midsummer week, both with and without pirates. The activities are included in the accommodation price. See more in the calendar and read more about when and where the activities take place.

Outdoor activities

There are plenty of activities to enjoy on your own, such as padel tennis, adventure golf, hiking trails, pétanque, outdoor gyms, crab fishing, and much more. If you like mountain biking and have your own bike, there are cycling trails of varying difficulty levels as well as flow tracks where you can practice turns and technique.

Entertainment at the Packhuset

If you want to combine food with entertainment, Packhuset is the place to go. Enjoy good food, drinks, and quality time together with entertainment from the stage.

Swimming in the pool and the sea

Here you don’t have to choose between swimming in the pool or the sea—you can enjoy both! The pool area is included for accommodation guests. There are beaches in Söderviken and Norrviken.

Regardless of how you live, the large range of activities is included and you live in the middle of the adventure among seaweed, salt and pirates.
