Kaptensbyn is our largest and most exclusive accommodation option, where you can stay in spacious and modern cottages featuring a charming loft and two bedrooms, accommodating a total of 8 guests.

All cottages in Kaptensbyn were renovated in 2017 and come with well-equipped kitchens and tiled bathrooms with underfloor heating. But the best part is the porch that invites you to enjoy pleasant summer evenings and offers a partial sea view.

In short, an excellent choice for large families.

Equipment
Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker, kitchen towel, cleaning supplies, TV, high chair, and outdoor furniture. Duvets and pillows are provided for all sleeping spots. Please bring your own sheets or add them to your online booking.

Parking and electric vehicle charger
Each cottage has a parking space. If you need space for more cars, you can park in the paid parking areas outside the reception or near Daftöland. Between Pirathotellet and the conference building, there are charging stations for electric cars, which can be paid via the Easypark app. Electric cars must only be charged at these charging stations.

Need a crib?
A crib is available in the cottage, but please bring your own duvet, pillow, and crib bedding if necessary.

Handicap-Friendly
The cottage has a small ramp at the entrance and a spacious bathroom (no handicapped toilet) as well as common areas.

Kaptensbyn consists of two rows of houses, and the row closest to the parking area is recommended for those with mobility difficulties as it is closer to the parking lot and has fewer inclines compared to the other row
