In Piratbyn, you live like true pirates. A favorite village for children and for adults who can enjoy a good dinner on the patio in the evening sun after the children have gone to bed. Perfect if you are several families vacationing together as the patios face each other, making it easy to set up long tables if desired. The cottages feature a toilet, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, tableware, cutlery, pots, coffee maker, kitchen towel, dishwashing and cleaning equipment, high chair, travel crib, and outdoor furniture. Blankets, pillows, and TV are also provided. Pets are allowed.
Parking and electric vehicle chargers
Each cottage has a parking space. If you need space for more cars, you can park in the fee-based parking lots outside the reception or at Daftöland. Between Pirathotellet and the conference building, there are charging stations for electric cars, which are paid for via the Easypark app. Electric cars are not allowed to be charged anywhere else than at these charging stations.

Can I reschedule my stay?

Do I need to bring bed linen?
You can, but you don't have to. You can choose to rent bed linen and spend your time on more enjoyable activities than washing sheets when you get home.
Is there Wi-Fi on the premises?
Yes, absolutely, you can connect to our network whether you are at Daftöland, by the pool, or in the cottage. Wi-Fi is free for guests staying with us, and the password is "pirat1234".
How far is it to Strömstad?
It is 5 km to Strömstad and takes approximately 10 minutes by car and about 20 minutes by bicycle. You can rent a bicycle at the reception for 180 SEK per day, and a helmet is included in the price.
When can I check in and when do I need to check out?
You can check in to the cottages from 15:00. Check-out is at 11:00 (if you have ordered final cleaning, check-out is at 10:00).
Is there kitchen equipment in the cottages?
All cottages with kitchens have enough crockery, glasses, and cutlery for the number of people the cottage accommodates. In addition, there are pots and other essentials for cooking meals for hungry stomachs.
